1. Supported files: JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4, MOV, HEIC · up to 10MB photos, 30MB videos. You can add up to 5 files at a time.
2. Compress or trim a video that is over the size limit before you upload it.
3. Convert any other format to one of the supported ones first.
4. Try another browser or update your current one, and confirm you are on a supported device.
5. On mobile data, switch to Wi‑Fi or wait for a stronger signal — uploads can fail when the connection drops.
6. If uploads keep failing, email hello@amador.app with a screenshot of any error message.

1. Open your Dash and check Pending offers — rewards often appear here while a Brand finalises details.
2. Updates can take a short time to show in your account after an offer is accepted.
3. Coupon codes are listed under Accepted rewards in your Dash once the offer is complete.
4. Cash rewards are processed separately; watch for an email from our team with payment details.
5. If your reward still has not arrived, email hello@amador.app and we will chase it for you.

1. Confirm you have a stable internet connection before opening the link.
2. Open the link in Safari or Chrome instead of an in-app scanner browser, which can block redirects.
3. If you already have an account, sign in first — some flows work best when you are logged in.

1. Brands send cash or reward offers through your Dash — review everything before you accept.
2. You receive 100% of the price you set for your content; there is no commission taken from creators on the sale.
3. Payment is processed securely through Stripe when a Brand completes a purchase.
4. Purchases include exclusive perpetual rights for that brand to use the licensed assets.
5. You may be asked to confirm or sign a release for certain uses — follow any prompts in the offer flow.
